The Direct_PDU power strips are designed for small to medium businesses, and provide IT administrators with a simple and cost effective way to remotely manage the power requirements of their IT infrastructure. Direct_PDU power strips have an on-board web interface for direct access over any IP network. Other features include individual power
"On/Off" control, power consumption metering, overload protection, and 0U and 1U mounting options. The power strip has built-in alarms to notify the administrator when user-defined thresholds are reached via SNMP traps and e-mail notification. The Direct_PDU power strip is available in 8 and 16 port vertical mount (0U), and 8 port horizontal mount (1U) units.
